The enquiry form

The form prepares an email using the details you enter. It does not send your enquiry to us or save it in a website enquiry database. You choose whether to open the draft in your email app, copy it or send it. Form details remain in the current page until you leave or refresh it.

When you send an email, your email provider processes it in the usual way. The group receives the details you choose to include so the team can respond to your enquiry. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in an initial message.

AI website assistant

When AI chat is connected and you submit a question, your question and the recent conversation are sent to OpenAI to generate a reply using the group’s website information. Please do not include confidential business information, health details or other sensitive personal information.

The website keeps the conversation in the current page’s memory until you clear it, refresh or leave. It does not save chat transcripts in a website database or use them to automatically update the assistant’s knowledge. We request that responses are not stored for later retrieval through the API. OpenAI may process and retain data under its applicable service and security policies. See OpenAI’s API data information.

The chat invitation uses browser storage to remember that it has appeared during your browsing session and which greeting was shown last. These preferences stay on your device; they do not contain your conversation or identify you to us.

Website services

The website hosting service processes technical information needed to deliver pages and maintain security. This site does not add advertising pixels or optional analytics cookies. Platform access and security services may use their own essential technical records or cookies.

Links to ADC Property Solutions and I-SIP take you to separate websites. Their own privacy information applies when you use them.

Your questions and requests

Contact us if you want to ask about information you have shared, correct it or request its deletion. If you go on to enrol on a course, enter an employment process or commission work, ask the relevant organisation for the privacy information covering that activity.
